Yoga Instructor: Emily Alonzi

Emily has been practicing yoga since 2013 and loves inspiring mindful movement, focusing on breath work, alignment, and finding safer more accessible ways for you to move on the mat.

Her teaching style demonstrates unique sequences that focus on core strength, arm and leg balancing, while setting the perfect class intention to keep you motivated from start to finish.

Emily believes yoga is for everyone of all levels, and focuses her intention in creating a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy their yoga practice.
