


Our yoga class is aimed at all skill levels. Each week is a building block, starting with simple flows and working towards more complex movements and postures. The series focuses on core strength, flexibility, arm and leg balances while uniting mindful movement with your breath. Each class starts with intention setting which keeps you motivated and focused throughout the 60 minute session, and ends with vipassana; a resting meditative pose. We strive to create a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy yoga.

Mission
Nirvana Retreats’ mission is to provide a clean and safe space to practice yoga, meditation and to get connected to nature.
We ask you to step outside of your comfort zone, put your phone and computer away and zone in on your Yoga and Meditation practice. We aim to teach you skills and allow you time to gain perspective.
Vision
Nirvana Retreats is a place where new friends are made. We welcome guests to come and find connection to their practice and to other like minded people, joining an international yoga and health community which continues to grow. We believe in a global village, the interconnectedness of all beings, and the power of nature, meditation and yoga to heal and nurture.
