Baby & Caregiver Yoga with Appleseed Yoga

Tuesdays at 10:00am – with babies up to 18 months old

6-Week Series begins November 1st

$120+HST/series ($135.60)

This class is intended for infants (up to teetering around) and their caregiver. Geared more towards the caregiver, we will explore breath, movement, and release in the company of others in a similar season of life. This series is intended to grow the bond between you and your little one, and to give you an opportunity to connect with yourself, as well as the community of those around you. Feeding, changing, crying – whatever you or your little one need to do, it’s ALL welcomed and always encouraged.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher: Emily Alonzi
Emily has been practicing yoga since 2013 and loves inspiring mindful movement and more zen-ful moments with soul connection. For Emily, yoga was a lifestyle that quickly turned into a serious passion she wanted to share with others. Emily is trained as a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher, focusing on breath work, alignment, and finding safer, more accessible, ways for you to move on the mat. Her teaching style demonstrates unique sequences that focus on core strength, arm and leg balancing and strengthening, while setting the perfect class intention to keep you motivated from start to finish. Emily believes yoga is for everyone of all levels, and focuses her intention in creating a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy their yoga practice.
