Vinyasa Yoga for All Ages

Our yoga class is aimed at all skill levels. Each week is a building block, starting with simple flows and working towards more complex movements and postures. The series focuses on core strength, flexibility, arm and leg balances while uniting mindful movement with your breath. Each class starts with intention setting which keeps you motivated and focused throughout the 60 minute session, and ends with vipassana; a resting meditative pose. We strive to create a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher: Emily Alonzi
Emily has been practicing yoga since 2013 and loves inspiring mindful movement and more zen-ful moments with soul connection. For Emily, yoga was a lifestyle that quickly turned into a serious passion she wanted to share with others. Emily is trained as a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher, focusing on breath work, alignment, and finding safer, more accessible, ways for you to move on the mat. Her teaching style demonstrates unique sequences that focus on core strength, arm and leg balancing and strengthening, while setting the perfect class intention to keep you motivated from start to finish. Emily believes yoga is for everyone of all levels, and focuses her intention in creating a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy their yoga practice.
