Waiver Form
(release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement)

You are encouraged to use care when participating in a Retreat at Nirvana Retreats. If you have any concerns, or if you have a particular injury or condition, please speak with one of the staff members to make sure you are safe and practicing within your limits.

I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against Nirvana Retreats and property owner, release them from all liability and agree not to sue for any personal injury, death or damage to the person or property or loss sustained as a result of my participation in activities and or arising out of or in connection with the use of any services and facilities of/or provided by Nirvana Retreats. 

I also hereby waive any and all claims I may have against Nirvana Retreats and its teachers, renters, kitchen staff and other staff members, and release them from all liability and agree not to sue for any personal injury, death or damage to the person or property or loss sustained as a result of participating in excursions including walking, swimming, yoga and other activities.

I agree to abide by the rules of Nirvana Retreats to ensure a safe environment for everyone. I understand that Nirvana Retreats is a drug-free, alcohol-free Centre. I will not smoke, drink alcohol or use any narcotics on the premises.

Please note that the pond gets deep very quickly, and the stairs in the water are slippy. I will take extreme care when entering and exiting the pond. If I am not a strong swimmer, I will refrain from using the pond or use a floatation device.

I agree to the use of my image in any photograph / video taken for promotional materials.

I have read and understood all of the above. I absolve Nirvana Retreats, Organizers, Teachers, Renters, Chef and property owner of any and all liability.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

In order to secure your spot in one of our events, we need the booking form filled out for each participant, agreement to the waiver and a minimum of 50% payment. Payments may be made by cash or e-transfer (preferred) or credit card (extra 3%).

Cancellation Policy
When you enrol in a Retreat, class or event we hold that spot for you. We understand that things come up, but because of our limited availability, we appreciate that you give us as much notice as possible for a cancellation. You will receive a 50% deposit refund for cancellation with two + months notice to the event. There will be no refund with less than 2 months notice. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase personal insurance.

If We Cancel the Program
In the very unlikely case that Nirvana Retreats cancels any of the Events, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.
