Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Our 3rd annual Yoga & Meditation Retreat at Nirvana Retreats is on Friday August 21 – Sunday August 23rd. A perfect way to take time for you at the end of summer. 

It’s a perfect way to end the summer and take some time for self-care. Practice a variety of dynamic Yoga classes for all levels (Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha), easing into the weekend with a restorative yoga & Thai massage class. In your free time, take a dip in the artisan swimming pond, sunbathe on the dock, try our paddleboards, sweat in the sauna, journal or explore the hiking trails. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the new season and focus on your yoga and meditation practice while being nourished and encouraged by your peers. Gourmet vegetarian meals and ample time to catch up on some rest and relaxation.

The goal of the weekend is a clearing your mind and cleaning your body. Focus your mind to release old patterns, distractions, addictions, and turn to your inner wisdom. Reconnect with your deeper self, your new friends and nature. All levels welcome.
