Free Yoga Class
This Thursday, we are offering our first yoga class in the series as a free event. Prizes and deals on the series will be available at the event. Bring your family and your yoga mat and enjoy a free class!
Weather permitting, this class will be held outdoors in front of the pond.
Our yoga class is aimed at all skill levels. Each week is a building block, starting with simple flows and working towards more complex movements and postures. The series focuses on core strength, flexibility, arm and leg balances while uniting mindful movement with your breath. Each class starts with intention setting which keeps you motivated and focused throughout the 60 minute session, and ends with vipassana; a resting meditative pose. We strive to create a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy yoga.
