Cooking Class – Anti-Tantrum Toddler Treats

Join Chef Doris Fin as she teaches you and your little ones how to make simple, healthy and low sugar treats using whole, easy to find ingredients that you probably already have at home.

This hands-on class allows your kids to get involved in making a few different treats and will send you home with recipes, ideas and variations to suit your family’s dietary needs.
Doris will explain the health benefits of the ingredients used in the recipes, alternatives for those who have allergies, and the WHY behind the combination of ingredients chosen to make these special delectables.
Each participant will go home with one of each treat, recipes, inspiration and insight on how to make healthy snacks at home.
This class is intended for ages 2.5 and up. Those under 2.5 may attend but may not be dextrous enough to participate in making the treats.

Chef Doris has been cultivating her passion for nourishing others from a young age. She encourages people to connect with themselves; to understand and explore what they require for their body and mind to thrive, rather than follow trends and dogmas. She is passionate about supporting local food producers, and bringing food from farm to fork.
After more than two decades of cooking; traveling; teaching hundreds and feeding thousands of people, Doris has made it her mission to help people rediscover their love for real cooking. Locally grown and happily raised ingredients play a major role in her menu development.
