Yoga, Meditation and Digital Detox

August 16 – 18th, 2019

A weekend filled with Yoga, meditation, gourmet vegetarian meals and ample time to catch up on some rest and relaxation. The Yoga classes are a dynamic sequence of postures tailored to your skill level. Synchronize breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. In your free time, read that book you have been meaning to finish, journal about your thoughts and feelings, take a dip in the artisan swimming pond, sunbathe on the dock, paddle boat around, sweat in the sauna or explore the hiking trails. This is a great opportunity to get out of the routine and focus on your yoga and meditation practice while being nourished and encouraged by your peers.

The goal of the weekend is a clearing your mind and cleaning your body. Focus your mind to release old patterns, distractions, addictions, and turn to your inner wisdom. Reconnect with your deeper self, your new friends and nature. All levels welcome.
