Ease into the fall season with a 4 day Silent Retreat. This is a chance to reflect inward and quiet your mind. Practice the ‘Art of Nothing’ and simply ‘Rest, Sleep, Eat and Repeat’ or join daily meditation & yoga asana, walk the meditation trail or heat up in the infrared sauna. This is a non-denominational Silent Retreat. Accommodation and simple vegetarian meals provided.
