Weekend of Mind, Body and Heart Detox with Yoga, Movement and Meditation Classes and Workshops, Healthy and Delicious Food, Nature Walks in the Woods and by the Pond, and the Expression of Music by the Fire!

Less than an hour North of Toronto at Nirvana Retreats Centre, Caledon, ON.

Friday:
Please arrive after 2pm. Opening Circle at 4pm.

8:30-9:30 Ancient Approach to Natural Healing Workshops
9:30 Drumming, Jamming and Celebration by the Fire

Saturday:
7-9 Mindful Yoga and Movement Integration

1-3 Food & its Function in Microcosm & Macrocosm Workshops
3 (Silence Begins) Lunch
6-8 Mindful Yoga & Asana Workshop
8 Dinner (Silence Ends)

10-11 Health, Harmony & Higher Consciousness Workshops
11-11:30 Loving Kindness Circle
1 Lunch. Retreat ends at 2pm.
