There are many benefits to Massage including pain relief, energy boost, improve digestion, improve sport function, help with anxiety and sounder sleep, among many others. You can choose between a Swedish or Thai style massage from 30 to 90 minutes in length. Liz, our RMT, specializes in Thai massage, which she has been giving and teaching for over a decade.
