This is the second time we book Nirvana Retreats for a group training retreat for our team, and once again, we are SO pleased with the environment, the service, the kind and caring attention of Liz and her partner who took care of us (while they were moving!). The food – though different people from last time – has been consistently amazing, healthy, colourful, beautifully arranged, locally sourced and so yummy! The artesian pond is a hit every time – no matter how cold the weather, people will still jump in. The trails are lovely to explore and the sleeping arrangements are so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this place to whomever is considering it for a group event. Comfortably fits around 16-17 people.

Bring your group to our pristine, safe Centre, where you and your group can learn, enjoy the natural surroundings and relish in a digital detox. We are a vegetarian, alcohol and drug-free Centre. There is no cell service making for a full digital detox.

Massage

Indulge in a Thai or Swedish massage from an RMT

There are many benefits to Massage including pain relief, energy boost, improve digestion, improve sport function, help with anxiety and sounder sleep, among many others. You can choose between a Swedish or Thai style massage from 60 to 120 minutes in length. Liz, our RMT, specializes in Thai massage, which she has been giving and teaching for over a decade.
